Q2.What is an electronic ticket or e-ticket? My flight booking involves an electronic ticket. What documents do I need to present upon check in?
Ans: Electronic tickets are stored within the airlines reservation system rather than printed on a paper copy.

This service is similar to the traditional paper ticket process, but eliminates the time and hassle associated with purchasing or exchanging a paper ticket.

Collecting you boarding pass with an electronic ticket
Your boarding pass will be issued upon check-in but when you arrive at the airline check in desk you will be required to present the following items in order to receive your boarding pass:

1) An official form of identification i.e. passport
2) A printout of your confirmation page or confirmation e-mail to present to the check in representative.
3) The credit/debit card you paid with (This only applies if you are flying with SASK or Air France).

Paper Tickets
From 1st June 2008, due to recent IATA regulations, we will only issue electronic tickets.

In the event that you choose an itinerary which has an airline limitation that requires a paper ticker to be issued, you will be contacted by a member of our Sales and Customer Care team to make alternate arrangements.

This normally happens when the particular airline is not yet e-ticketable.

Q3. How much baggage can I bring?
Ans. Baggage allowances vary by airlines and destinations, please confirm the specific allowances for your flight by referring to your ticket or contact the airline you are flying with. Some low-cost carriers offer prepaid baggage check-in facilities. Please contact the airline directly for these facilities and specific baggage allowance.

If you have more bags than the permitted allowance or your bags exceed the weight or size restrictions, you will be charged additional fees. Please contact the airline for more information as this will vary by destination and departing airport.

Q5.How will I get my e-ticket details?
Ans: Your e-ticket details will be sent to the email address you have provided during the booking process.

Q6. Are all my holiday package's airport taxes and surcharges paid for?
Ans: All collectable airport taxes and surcharges are included in your airfare purchase, however, local taxes and surcharges in some countries, e.g. Bali, are collected at the departure terminal. These are normally paid in local currency. And in your Hotel reservation all your taxes will be collected at the time of final payment.

Ans: We do not facilitate personal visits to the office. However for any assistance, please feel free to call our customer service executive within 10:00 am - 21:00 pm.

Q8.While completing the booking, the Internet connection gets disconnected & my credit card gets debited without completing the transaction. In this case what must be done?
Ans: Firstly you will have to speak to our customer service executive on the contact numbers provided.If the reservation is successful then you will recieve the confirmation and if not then the amount will be reversed and credited to your account.

Q9. How do I know that my booking is confirmed?
Ans: Once the transaction is successful, you will be diverted back to our website from the secure payment gateway and will view a booking confirmation page.

Q10. Is my payment secure?
Ans: Yes. Your payment is secure since all the payment transactions happen on the banking site. When you are ready to pay, We direct you to the banking site. No credit card details are stored on our website.

Q11.What is the cancellation policy?
Ans: The cancellation policy is based on the Fare Rules or Cancellation Rules which are listed for each service, and advised at the time of booking.

Q12. How and when do I receive my refund?
Ans. All refunds will be processed back through same mode of payment as done while making reservation within 30 days from receipt of all original documents.
